enabling php/curl support?

Thanks for your previous help, Forgive me if this next one sounds a bit stupid.

To enable php/curl, or libcurl is it just a case of removing the ";" from the php.ini file at line 582?

I cant find any mention of curl in PHPinfo(), but the dll's seem to be present and the above extension is commented out.
