have problem to install xammp

ermm actually i have done install...i follow the step installation... but in the end..got prob n appear msg at terminal..

gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file
tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

so if u guys have solution please help me...tq
ermmm what mean /opt/...??

Obviously you have NOT downloaded the complete file "Unexpected EOF in archive" (EOF = End of File).

Try to download again.
