I hope its okay I'm writing in english.
I have a problem with my local site with phpbb3 board installed.
The text underneath is copied from the phpbb3 support forum, where I haven't had any response:

Using XAMPP as a local server, I installed phpBB3.
After correcting my php.ini so that the upload_tmp_dir path was correct,

I had a new message instead of the one telling me the board could not find my temporary folder.
I got this message: "Could not upload avatar to ./images/avatars/upload/38513861430f1a0bc9aac639d5e5d6a4_2.jpg."
This time I don't have a clue as to where to solve it. Have been searching both here and google, without results.

I really hope someone here know the answer to my problem. And I have CHMOD'ed all folder permissions to 777.
