To go from xampplite to xampp

Hi,

I was using xampplite for web site developing purpose, now I am acutally in need for the filezilla function that XAMPP has so I can ftp the file remotely from a 2nd development computer.

Can i just overwrite the xampplite files with the XAMPP content, then move the htdocs? or Do i need to export my current databases, then import it with xampp?

I've tried to search it but it came back with 86+ pages of results, any information will be greatly appreciated!
