first off who has aim..i need urgent help

i have a website with officelive..and iam trynna set up a auction site
i already have the php scripts.but officelive doesn't support ftp clients?

thats were it gets confusing.is there a way i can get my files to my website

can xampp do that without me having me use a ftp client.
im such a nooby really dont know alot but as my name says iam willing2learn
