Apache and IIS working together

I have a window XP on my pc machine and on laptop i have Vista.
Can i make APACHE & IIS make them work together.

Can any one help please.

You can, but you MUST configure these to listen to different Ports. Usually both Servers listen to Port 80, either change Apache or IIS to listen to a different port (for example 8080).
