SSL deactive other modules ?

Hi,

I've activated the SSL module and went to https://localhost but I try STATUS and the XAMPP show me that only the SSL was active... Why it happen? if I try by SSL the PHP, MYSQL will be unactive or only the APACHE can run in SSL. Is that correct?
