Irgendwelche Probleme mit XAMPP für Windows? Dann ist hier genau der richtige Ort um nachzufragen.

Hallo,
Habe so ziemlich alles hier durchforstet und meine Dateien an allen möglichen Stellen überprüft. Hier aber (leider immernoch) dasselbe Problem. Meine Station mit USB stick ist Windows XP SP2 und clients welche meine webpage sehen sollten, auch XP. Unser Intranet läuft mit Server 2003.
Hier die Einstellungen:
1. XAMPP auf USB stick angelegt und Wordpress in "/xampp/htdocs/meinverzeichnis/" installiert.
2. In der "httpd.conf" die "httpd-vhosts-conf" aktiviert und hier "meinverzeichnis" als server eingetragen.
3. In der "hosts" Datei im Windows Verzeichnis "localhost" und "meinverzeichnis" als 127.0.0.1 addiert.
4. Mit phpMyAdmin die Wordpress MySQL Datenbank erstellt.
5. Alles auf "localhost" (oder auch 127.0.0.1) erfolgreich getestet.
6. "meineIP" für's LAN ermittelt.

Wenn ich nun im LAN auf einer anderen Workstation im Browser "meineIP" eingebe, bekomme ich die XAMPP startpage, egal was ich in der vhosts configuriert habe. Jedenfalls habe ich eine Verbindung. Wenn ich dann "meineIP/meinverzeichnis/" (mit einer "index.php" im Verzeichnis) eingebe, bekomme ich "the page cannot be displayed" (softwares alle in Englisch bei uns).
Dann habe ich versucht, direkt eine "test.php" mit "meineIP/meinverzeichnis/test.php" aufzurufen, welche korrekt angezeigt wird. Auch wenn ich eine "index.html" in meinem Wordpress Verzeichnis anlege und genauso aufrufe, wird diese korrekt angezeigt. Von dieser "index.html" habe ich dann auch mal versucht, meine umbenannte Startdatei für Wordpress ("start.php") als Link aufzurufen. Selbige Fehlermeldung.
DirectoryIndex Liste ist auch korrekt in der "httpd.conf".
Ich denke das die Lösung so einfach ist, daß ich sie schon nicht mehr sehe.
Dennoch bin ich für jede Hilfe dankbar und schonmal sorry für meine momentane Blindheit und aber Danke im Voraus!

Hallo,

du musst in den vHosts noch einen Eintrag für deine LAN-IP hinzufügen. So in etwa:

Wenn eine Verbindung zu XAMPP aufgebaut wird und der Domainname (in deinem Fall die IP) nicht bekannt ist, wird der erste vHosts-Eintrag ausgeliefert. In deinem Fall eben die XAMPP-Startseite.

Danke für Deine Antwort. Das hatte ich tatsächlich vergessen und nun wird das richtige Verzeichnis geöffnet.

Trotzdem löst dies mein Problem nicht. Das Problem ist, das alle test pages (wie zum Beispiel eine simple *.html Datei, welche irgend etwas anzeigt) problemlos aufgerufen werden können. Jedoch nicht die Startdatei für meine eingentliche website in diesem Verzeichnis.
Es sieht so aus, als ob da vielleicht keine Verbindung mit der Datenbank hergestellt werden kann. Aber wenn der Datenbank Zugriff lokal funktioniert (localhost), dann muss es doch auch im LAN funktionieren, oder?

Vielleicht hat ja jemand einen Tip wo ich noch suchen muss?

Erst mal vielen Dank das Du Dir dafür Zeit nimmst. Ich habe mit der vhosts herumprobiert und hatte dann auch verschiedene Ergebnisse. Nur die eigentliche Startseite geht nicht. Ich habe auch schon im Wordpress Forum gesucht, ein paar kleine Änderungen vorgenommen, aber auch damit kein Glück. Mittlerweile sieht es so aus, als ob die Startdatei irgendwie nicht auf die Msql Datenbank zugreifen kann. In meiner Wordpress config, habe ich "localhost" als DB-Host angegeben, so wie es offiziell sein sollte. Wenn ich aber meine LAN-IP eingebe, bekomme ich wenigsten eine Wordpress Meldung das unter dem host keine Datenbank ist.
Egal, hier mal die verschiedenen Einstellungen. Vielleicht siehst Du ja gleich was da abgeht?!

In jedem Fall nochmal Danke, auch wenns nicht hinhaut. In diesem Falle werde ich dann wohl die Seite von meinem Provider aus hosten. Wäre aber vom USB stick besser und sicherer.

Jein. Dieser ist unnötig. Er muss einfach den VHost als erstes konfigurieren, der beim Zugriff über IP benutzt werden soll (dass muss ja nicht localhost sein). Damit wird dieses überflüssig.

Jedoch nicht die Startdatei für meine eingentliche website in diesem Verzeichnis.
Es sieht so aus, als ob da vielleicht keine Verbindung mit der Datenbank hergestellt werden kann.

Wieso tut es genau nicht, und wieso scheint es an der Datenbank zu liegen? (Fehlermeldung usw.)

Habe den LAN-IP dann auch gelöscht, weil er mir nicht half.
Yup, eine phpinfo() funktioniert in dem Verzeichnis, aber ich kann aus dem listing keinen Fehler herauslesen (bin aber auch nicht der Vollprofi).

Das mit der Datenbank ist mir nur so in den Sinn gekommen, da ein simples script ja nicht auf eine sql Datenbank zugreift. Und wenn ich meine Startdatei für meine website aufrufe, bekomme ich nur die "IE cannot display this webpage". Also, keine spezifische db Fehlermeldung. Wohingegen, wenn ich in meiner Wordpress config den db-host umbenenne, dann meldet es mir wenigstens, dass ich auf die db nicht zugreifen kann.

Vielleicht hilft ja dieses snippet aus der access.log?

Welche Webpage (URL) will der IE denn dort genau anzeigen?

Nach dem Eingeben von "10.0.0.165/gglop" im IE auf einem anderen PC im LAN (10.0.0.181) soll die Wordpress startseite auf meinem USB stick angezeigt werden.
Wenn ich nur 10.0.0.165 eingebe, springt es zur xampp startseite...

Das ist leider eine ungenügende Antwort... weil es ja klar war, dass du "http://10.0.0.165/gglop" im Browser eingibst.

Die Frage war, warum kann IE diese Seite nicht anzeigen und welche Seite kann er da genau nicht anzeigen? Das muss ja nicht mehr die sein, die du angegeben hast. In der Regel deutet dieser Fehler ja darauf, dass du mit dem IE eine Seite/Server aufrufen willst, die es gar nicht gibt. z.B. weil es auf der ursprünglichen Seite einen falschen Redirect gibt.

Du solltest den IE so konfigurieren, dass er die die orginalen und langen Fehlermeldungen anzeigt. Ferner wäre ein Tool hilfreich, wo du die Header einsehen kannst, die zwischen Server und Browser übertragen werden.

Tut mir ja Leid das die Antwort ungenügend war, ich denke auch dass die Frage etwas unklar gestellt wurde.
Um genau zu sein, bin ich mir immernoch nicht sicher was Du denn fragst.

Wenn ich Dich richtig verstehe, vermutest Du das die Datei für diesen string nicht die ist, welche es sein sollte.
Nun, wenn ich aber eine direkte Adresse für meine website eingebe (z.B: http://10.0.0.165/gglop/index.php), flacht der Browser ab.
Wenn diese Datei aber ein simples script ist (mit welchem Namen auch immer), wird diese richtig angezeigt.

In jedem Fall eine gute Idee, ich werde den IE mal anweisen, mir lange Fehlermeldungen zu zeigen.

Danke auf jeden Fall für Deine Geduld, ich bin jedenfalls kurz vor dem Aufgeben...

Jetzt noch mal 10min. und dann gebe ich wirklich auf!
Habe in der Zwischenzeit nochmal alles neu geladen und von Grund auf neu konfiguriert um eventuell alte, vergessene Änderungen zu Vermeiden.
Immernoch das Gleiche. :cry:
Hey, 250 views und keine Lösung? Oder ist das zu einfach, ich demnach zu dämlich und alle denken: "der muss da doch selber draufkommen"?
