I read the problem probably caused by variable
max_allowed_packet

I try to set in my.ini in windows directory by I have no effects

[mysqld]
set-variable = max_allowed_packet=16M
----

when I read in phpmyadmin -> mysql system variable

max allowed packet 1.047.552

always 1.047.552

How can i change it?
