Change apache port

Morgen,

I just installed xampp to a win2003Server box; changed teh httpd.conf to listen 90 (free port on the host) and apache refuses to start on that port and keeps defaulting to 80.

Is there something blatantly obvious that im missing?

Strange. havent changed anythign and yet now it works.. did restart tho. Perhaps that was it oh right its windows of course thats what it was.
