Help with Mercury Mail to Exchange

Hi. I have installed XAMPP to run an internal PHP pject management system. Everything works fine, except getting it to send mail.

How can I get mercury mail to pass mail requests directly to the internal IP address of our exchange server?

I dont really need it to act as a full blown pop3 server, just forward SMTP mail to our internal server.

I hope that makes sense ??
