I wonder which server she uses for her website. Do you think she has an xampp server of her own with pretty good uptime run from her own house. If she does, then someone should advise her that she better 'use her umbrella' make sure the modem and the router dont get wet. I like php but i hate most hosting companys. Go xampp!!!!
