xammp for jsp install problems

HI I'm trying to install xampp with the java add in. I'm having a hard time getting it to work. I get this error message when I try and load a jsp page

Service unavailable!

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

this is the version of java I have in stalled

Java Platform, Enterprise Edition 5 SDK Update 3 Preview 2

any help with fixing this issue is greatly appricated. pages created using php works fine.
