Where is XAMPP equivalent for httpd.conf?

I am using Drupal on XAMPP (both latest stable versions) on Ubuntu Feisty Fawn.

I am now attempting to copy the Drupal database and folders to create a new Drupal site, following the instructions in the "Drupal Cookbook". Part of the instructions tells me to navigate to the www/Apache/conf folder and make some changes in the httpd.conf file.

I did a file search for a httpd.conf file but did not find any such file. Where is the equivalent of this folder and file in an XAMPP implementation?

the file is in /opt/lampp/etc/httpd.conf ... if isntalled in the default dir.
