Unable to activate Apache. Also when try to go to localhost it says port 80 being used. How do I change to port 81 for xampp
Will this also activate Apache?

Apache will not load if you have another server running.
like windows IIS , If you have it installed apache will not install.
Check your services , or on linix do you have deamon running?
