MRBS Source tables.my.sql

Currnetly have MRBS running on an old IIS system. Was trying to update and run on XAMPP. I can create the user and db using PHPAdmin, but I can't work out how to set up the tables which is normaly done within mysql cmd by running SOURCE tables.my.sql.

Has anyone set up MRBS on XAMPP?
ANy ideas on where I needto go to setup the tables.my.sql in XAMPP?
