2 diff. storage engine in same xampp version

Postby vishwavivek » 29. April 2007 13:14

Hi,

I have downloaded XAMPP for Windows 1.6.0a on 2 different machines. One time, I got the InnoDB as enabled and one time disabled. I didn't understand at all what hapenned.

One MySQL says :: Server version: 5.0.33, MySQL client version: 5.0.33 ( here i do not get InnoDB)

Other says :: Server version: 4.x.x, MySQL client version: 5.0.33 ( here i do get InnoDB).

Now, actually I need the InnoDB engine as enabled and I do not have access to that other machine. Can anyone guide me on this.

Overall I need PHP 5.2.1, MySQL 5 which supports InnoDB/ procedures/ triggers ( transactions ).

Thanks,

Vivek
