Can't start MySQL

Hallo,

can someone please help? (Nearly) every time I want to start MySQL I got this error note:

10:02:40 [mysql] im Windows Event Viewer für weitere Hinweise

10:02:40 [mysql] und füge ihn als Ergänzung in einem neuen Forum Eintrag hinzu.

And this not the first time! When I get this note once it keeps coming back no matter how often I try to start MySQL again. When I uninstall xampp, and install it again, some times ten, some times even more times, I always have the same problem as well, but then suddenly everything works perfect - at least for a day or two, and then I receive the same note again. I can't find any reason myself why xampp sometimes works, but most of the times it doesn't. My Windows works properly and there are no other errors or problems at all.
