MariaDB 10.1.40 to >= 10.2.7 with JSON support

Thanks for your great work with xampp! I love it! (and big thanks for windows 64bit support in PHP7.3)

Since 10.2.7 MariaDB supported JSON Type https://mariadb.com/kb/en/library/json-data-type/ I would like to test this new feature.
Xampp still use MariaDB with version 10.1.40. Is here planned to upgrade MariaDB to current stable version (10.3.15) or latest version of 10.2?

Probably, i think Bitnami will upgrade to MariaDB 10.2.x somewhen - but actually they dont deliver their plans. Simply wait.
