Found Blank in phpmyadmin

I have installed XAMPP server 1.8.2 with PHP version 5.4 version. When I configured my server for the first time, the phpmyadmin pages loads completely. When I restarted my server, my server connects and I get a welcome message from phpmyadmin, but no loin dialog box. The issue remains the same even if I restart the server or the system. I have tried it with both firefox and chrome browser. How can I find a solution to this issue.

Note: phpmyadmin is connected successfully with a welcome message. Other than the page remains blank with no login panel to display
