Wie auch schon bei einigen anderen in diesem Forum funktioniert MySQL seit gestern nicht mehr, d.h. es startet nicht.
Hier einige Informationen:
Windows 7 (64 Bit)
XAMPP 1.8.3

Funktioniert seit gestern nicht mehr.
Vielleicht hat das mit einem Patch des Spiels Anno 1404 zu tun.

In der Shell wird gemeldet:
Fehler 1067

Im XAMPP Control Panel v3.2.1 wird gemeldet:

10:23:32  [mysql]    Wenn du weitere Hilfe benötigst, kopiere den kompletten Inhalt des Log Fensters
10:23:32  [mysql]    und füge ihn als Ergänzung in einem neuen Forum Eintrag hinzu.
10:24:20  [main]    Führe aus: notepad.exe j:\xampp\mysql\data\mysql_error.log

In der Log-Datei steht:

Zuerst einmal Danke für den Hinweis.

Ich hatte den Beitrag zwar gelesen, aber auch den Rest und leider daraus geschlossen, dass ich wohl ein anderes Problem hätte.
Ich habe die Hinweise im Beitrag befolgt und jetzt funktioniert MySQL wieder.

Nur interessehalber:
Ist das Auftreten dieses Fehlers ein Bug im MySQL-System? Oder habe ich irgendwas falsch gemacht?
Muss ich damit rechnen, dass das wieder passiert?

Das steht auch ausführlich in der verlinkten Lösung (aus der ich nur die wenigen Kernsätze zitiert habe), da habe ich auf den entsprechenden Bug-Report verlinkt. Ich hatte dort diesen Link angegeben:
