how I can upgrade mysql?
I use xampp with mysql 5.0.67, how do I update mysql only?

You cannot upgrade MySQL. If you want to upgrade single components like Apache, PHP or MySQL, you must not use Xampp. Instead install Apache, PHP and MySQL individually.
