Need Urgent help with MYSQL

I had followed the installation up to the point of Execute. I encountered at the start mode in execute in MYSQL configuration and ERROR : 0.
Can you help on how to fix this problem, I had tried to delete and reinstall still I encountered the same.

Kindly rush me an urgent advice as I am in the middle of development project, I have a timeline to submit my work or I fail.
