MySql will not start.

I have just downloaded XAMPP but i can not start mysql. It shows an error: MySql service not started [-1]. Does anyone have a solution - how to get it started? There is no problem with the Apache!

WTF? Do you really think anybody can help you without knowing what Operating System we are talking about?
But i guess it is windows, so call the mysql_start.bat inside your xampp folder from a command line. edit: Just start it, command line is not necessary!
