Im trying to install gtranslate plug-in but this appears:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in C:\xampp2\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\gtranslate\gtranslate.php on line 46

Your plugin code is not compatible with the used PHP version.

thanks. I've uploaded the latest version of gtranslate and its activated now.
But when I select a language the language does not change, its still in english even I've changed it to Turkish for example.

Try to find a way to contact the developer for support for that specific script.
