PHP error, see FAQ 1.16

Postby shubingu » 05. August 2010 00:55

Hey Guys

I just finished purging a virus from my dad's site, and I'm trying to import the db. It's the same db info as before, minus the infected code.

I get this error: No data was received to import. Either no file name was submitted, or the file size exceeded the maximum size permitted by your PHP configuration. See FAQ 1.16.

I've seen posts on your forum and others on how to combat this, but I'm having a hard time figuring it out on my own.

I am not a coder, so please keep it simple.

Thanks

It's 15.5 MB, which is more than the limit.

I've seen forums suggesting to import your backup to the shell or use a third party program to split it up, but I can't figure out how to do either.
