hello all,

I am trying to connect mssql using PHP under windows.
I am totally confused to what I have to as I do not much about each of these software.

Any help or directions would be very appreciated as I have been searching for too many hours...

the script I run is
<?php mssql_connect('127.0.0.1', 'sa', ''); ?>
and I get 'unable to connect to server 127.0.0.1'

have the User "sa" no password ???

sa has no password because I am doing this on a laptop that has no internet connectivity. Therefore, no security issue.
