Server Requirement Error: register_globals is disabled

Hello,
When I tried to go to;
http://localhost/encrier/admin/index.php
I found the next error message;
Server Requirement Error: register_globals is disabled in your PHP configuration.
This can be enabled in your php.ini configuration file or in the .htaccess file in your catalog directory.
Can you please help me out?

search for your php.ini, open it and set register globals to on..if this script really needs that..
