Browser not allow request enable Location, Micro and Cam

Morning all!!! I am getting bit crazy, after 2 days trying a code on PHP and not working to get a location permission on my page by browser? after so many tests I tryed to change my apache server installed on ubuntu server to XAMPP on windows and it works!!!!!!! Why my apache server block this permission? what do I have to setup to make it request permission and enable to use location by browser??? Thanks!!!
