Hi,

No result found after search through all Apache-related directories & files.

I suppose these components are pre-compiled by Apache & only displayed by "dump" utilities or something like that

What i am asking is dumping the rewrite rules & rewrite conditions from Apache documents below.

https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/rewrite/tech.html

There is no dump or kind of debug mode in mod_rewrite. You have to know your RewriteRules.

Redirection may also be caused by PHP scripts, actually you should tell us the full story what is going wrong in your environment.

I don't know of any precompiled Rewrites in Apache.

Maybe your applicaton is firing these redirects, or they are placed inside a .htaccess file.
Or you misinterpreted an Apache Alias or VirtualHost DocumentRoot as rewrite.
