Error with Apache and MYSQL port in Xampp

Hello everyone!
I'm in a trouble with Xampp especifically when it comes touse the Apache and MySLQ server . I used to use wamp so as could develop a database but I uninstalled it due to an error in xampp: Is saying that may be the port is blocked. I even changed the of port and the error moves.
Can someone here give me a tip so as I can solve this mistake? Thanks in advance!
