commons-fileupload not working

Sir,
With PSU160719 weblogic patch, we were using "commons-fileupload-1.0" to upload the audio file to the server. We had weblogic patch upgrade for RCE Vulnerability - PSU170418 patch and after that, we are facing issues in uploading the audio file to the server. File size got reduced to 22 KB by default irrespective of the size of the source file. We even tried with "commons-fileupload-1.3.3" and still this got failed. Can you please suggest on how to resolve this issue

I think you are horribly wrong here. This is the GERMAN(!) Board for XAMPP(!) installations. I have not the slightest clue what you are speaking about.
