Redirect url

Hey everyone,

I've installed iTop on centos, i've created an entry on my dns server which is "helpdesk" to an ip "10.1.1.5"

Now the link of iTop is 10.1.5.5/iTop/Portal

How can i add a redirect in appache so that when users type helpdesk in their browser they go to that link?

Was ist iTop? Kenne ich nicht. Kenne auch kein Helpdesk und habe auch keine Ahnung, wie man das in iTop erreicht. Ich glaube nicht, dass das hier das richtige Forum ist.
