Oben steht präzise erläutert, was das Problem ist: die beiden Ports 80 und 443 (die von Apache benötigt werden), sind schon durch ein anderes Programm belegt. Das andere Programm hat in Windows (siehe Taskmanager) die ProzessID 4256. Mit diesen Angaben musst Du herausfinden, welches Programm das ist (sehr häufig ist es Skype, oder Microsoft IIs, oder manchmal auch VirtualBox o.ä.) und musst das im betreffenden Programm ändern (oder ggf. das Programm auch deinstallieren oder zumindest nicht starten).
