strange protocol entry redirected URL python-requests

Hi folks ,
my apache server
server version: Apache/2.4.6 (Linux/SUSE)
Server built: 2014-08-01 11:56:17.000000000 +0000
should give access to my supplied pages, but does this : "GET http://max4sale.com/test.html "

access_log:185.30.96.205 - - [14/Sep/2014:22:54:36 +0200] "GET http://max4sale.com/test.html HTTP/1.1" 200 100843 "-" "python-requests/2.3.0 CPython/2.7.8 Linux/3.14-2-amd64"

for me it does not look good !

What is the problem ? How do I interpret/understand this .

could one explain to me .
