Apache crashes in centos 5.8

Hi All,

I am using apache web server with the version 2.2.21 in centos 5.8 and it seems the apache service got crashed.

the following are the log snippets from error_log

Is there any known issues with httpd version 2.2.21.

Is there any workaround/suggestions to overcome this issue.

Any help on this will be really helpful.
