I can't open Localhost/PhpMyAdmin ..
I am creating an application using Visual Basic Wherein Database is included .. I watched some videos on youtube on how to open Localhost/PhpMyAdmin and they are always using XAMPP .. SO I decided to install it..
but unfortunately, I clicked Start too many times and this is what CPanel Gives me
