block abusive access from outside

I'm thinking about making an app that filters the apache logs search for abuses, attempted attacks coming from outside in real time,
and if exists or does not, automatically add in htaccess in htdocs/. or firewall.
I do not know if exist any app that does this. I do not know if there is other alternatives to do what I intend.
What do you say?

To tell the truth: Not relevant for XAMPP.

What you want to build are basic firewall features (why not leaving them into the firewall?)

XAMPP is designed (and only supported) as local test and development environment not as production server. In such environments you should never get a situation where external attack attemps should happen.

And what i don't understand: if you already know, which scopes should access a specific webressource, why not simply define specific static whitelist access rules instead of a service driven dynamic blacklist model?

I was referring to the apache not to xampp, but you're right.
Where can I find information to define specific static whitelist access rules instead of a service driven dynamic blacklist model?

The Apache manual is very detailed at this part: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/current/howto/auth.html
