Apache not run

Hi, i have some problems with Apache.

when i install Xampp, they work to yesterday..
Since Yesterday i can't run apache, i just install "Skype" and "VMware", i have that 2 programs closed..

After the test port in Xampp:
[Ports]
Port80=FREE
Port443=FREE
Port3306=FREE
Port21=FREE
Port14147=FREE
Port8080=FREE

I'm try to access to Apache Service, and begin that service but doesn't work "Windows Can't run Apache2.4"

How can i Fix it?
