one Cron hangs then run a second time by appache

Hello,

I met a very sensitive issue and I have a big problem, here are the details:

-I have a php processing script via cron that starts at 19h every day, this script can run 23h Available while

-Another php script via cron starts also at 22, 30.

-As soon as the second script runs and the first and still being processed there will be a deadlock, the first script stops and remains in sleeep
-After a time the script wakes up and continues processing, but also appache launches a second instance of this script

to give the same script runs 2 times in parallel, resulting in double-data processing

I try to solve this problem, why appache launches a second script, and there is already an instance running.
