Cannot access via hostname

Hi all,

I have just moved my apache server from one LAN to another, so far I have edited the /etc/hosts, /etc/hostname and /etc/apache2/http.conf.
I can access my server via IP but not using the hostname. It worked perfectly fine on my previous LAN.

Is there anything I haven't done?
