Authorization in AD

Good day!
Can you please help me with one specific question: I've got Mercurial running on Apache server through wsgi script and TortoiseHG on client's machines.
On Apache there is installed sspi module for AD authorization.
The point is to make it work clear without entering user's login and password every time.
May be it's possible to make such authorization with help of Domain's politics or SSL connections to Apache?
