Blocking attacks and testing

Postby abillionwishes » 14. December 2010 22:42

Dear all,

Yesterday I launched my website. At the moment the site accepts all http input on port 80.

Everything is working perfect, but I want also to be able to block certain kinds of attacks. Can somebody help me with this? There are some examples on the internet, but I don't now if they contain all kinds of attacks which are relevant. I'm also looking for a way to cache all images from 1 directory (and subdirectories) so the browser and proxy caches will cache these images.

It would be a real help to me if you could give me some hints on what things I should be aware of.

Finally, I'm also looking for testers to test my new website. Yes I'm already live, but I want to make sure the server is tuned the right way. If you're interested, you can read more on my website. (testers will be rewarded)

Thank you all for your input and interest!
