XAAMP Apache ins Internet über Proxy

Hallo zusammen,

ich hab das Problem das bei mir der XAAMP ins Internet über einen proxy muss.
dafür habe ich die LoadModule proxy_module modules/mod_proxy.so in der httpd.conf aktiviert und in der httpd-proxy.conf
mich ausgetobt.

Allerdings verstehe ich nicht was ich in die httpd-proxy.conf schreiben/konfigurieren muss das gibt's wohl auch verschiedene Ansetzte "VirtualHost" "ProxyRequests" "Forward revers Proxy". Ach ja in der Doku stand auch was vom "Intranet Proxy"
Was muss ich den nehmen um als über den Proxy aus dem Internet per PHP Daten abzurufen?
