Apache can affect how will be appeared context of website

HI , i have configure web server Apache with standard settings , i meet with the next problem . I have a web page where is using i frame , in browser like Firefox , opera all works fine but in ie6 sometimes appear problems like in below image


but sometimes contexts of iframe show good


can anybody tell me this problem is in something wrong in apache config , or can be other reason
