Get an error after configuring the httpd.exe

Hello everyone,

I am newbie to to PHP, I have a problem in configuring the httpd.exe file. Because all I did was just adding a LoadModule (Along with the full file path), as well as "AddType" directive for the PHP into the httpd.exe. However, once my task is done and I restarted the server on my server again. An error message comes up and saying "Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualifies domain name, using 10.17.3.229 for ServerName".

Could anybody please tell me what did I do wrongly in this situation?
