403 forbidden on entire server

Postby sdk » 28. October 2006 12:26

Hi I am getting this error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Apache/2.2.2 (Fedora) Server at 192.168.1.12 Port 80

I am using Linux Fedora RC5 with GNOME (graphical interface), I get this error on the entire server, so also at http://localhost

You can see my conf here
http://sdkfiles.mine.nu/fedora/httpd.conf

I did not modify anything to it.

/var/www/html does exist

(I also posted on fedora forums http://www.fedoraforum.org/forum/showth ... p?t=128305)

Please help me solve this, I really need my webserver to function.

Ok opgelost (!) het stond in de faq die specifiek bij fedora hoort (die ik heb gezien via realvnc. Allen parent folders moeten doorzoekbaar zijn dus chmod +x var /var enzo moest ook gebeuren :D.
