I tried updating Apache so many times but it is giving errors and not compiling GD2, IMAP or cURL at all.

Code: Select all

configure: error: libjpeg.(a|so) not found.

Specs:

cPanel 10.2x CURRENT (tried Stable and Release as well)
Centos 3.4 x64
Apache 1.33x
PHP 4.3.11

I've done so many things

/scripts/updatenow
/scripts/easyapache (#3, 5, 7, 8)
/scripts/upcp --force

Nothing works.

./configure --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs --with-xml --enable-bcmath --enable-calendar --with-curl --enable-exif --enable-ftp --with-gd-dir=/usr/lib64 --with-jpeg-dir=/usr/lib64 --with-png-dir=/usr/lib64 --with-xpm-dir=/usr/X11R6 --with-gettext --with-imap-dir=/usr/lib64 --with-imap-ssl --with-kerberos --enable-mbstring --enable-mbstr-enc-trans --enable-mbregex --with-mcrypt --with-mhash enable-magic-quotes --with-mysql-dir=/usr/lib64 --with-openssl --enable-discard-path --with-pear --enable-sockets --enable-track-vars --with-ttf --with-freetype-dir=/usr --enable-gd-native-ttf --enable-versioning --with-zlib

This gives the errors:

(make)

ext/mysql/libmysql/my_tempnam.o(.text+0x49): In function `my_tempnam':
/home/cpapachebuild/buildapache/php-4.3.11/ext/mysql/libmysql/my_tempnam.c:115: the use of `tempnam' is dangerous, better use `mkstemp'

Build complete.
(It is safe to ignore warnings about tempnam and tmpnam).

(make install)

Installing PHP SAPI module: apache
[activating module `php4' in /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf]
cp libs/libphp4.so /usr/local/apache/libexec/libphp4.so
cp: cannot stat `libs/libphp4.so': No such file or directory
apxs:Break: Command failed with rc=1
make: *** [install-sapi] Error 1

phpinfo.php still shows no updates to include curl, gd, etc.
