SSH is not accessible

Hello, i am in big trouble i have no backup of my xampp-vm and its not starting today ... keep getting ssh is not accessible error on log.
When i try to delete ~./bitnami and removed xampp and again installed it, it getting started but my data not coming..
What i needed to get my data back? From where i can mount it back? I see machine.qcow2 have major role in it.. can i mount old data back from machine.qcow2?
