MySQL wird unerwartet beendet

Hallo,
ich habe xampp seit einiger zeit nicht mehr genutzt und wollte es heute wieder starten. leider vergeblich, mysql wird unerwartet beendet. es scheinen zwei dateien abhanden gekommen zu sein? verstehe aber nicht wieso.

Hallo ekk,

kannst du in der Datei mysql/my.cnf beim Abschnitt [mysqld] die skip-grant-tables Zeile ergänzen, das es dann z.B. so aussieht?
